I’m a writer and writers are nosy. We like to know who and how and why and from different sources. As a result of my insatiable need to know, I have written and published over 400 articles and columns for newspapers and magazines across the country, covering a wide range of topics from travel to sports to business. I am the author/co-author of six travel guides, including my most recent one, Florida Wine Country Guide to Northern Wineries, as well as three virtual travel tours for St. Augustine, Florida, Montgomery, Alabama, and Asheville, North Carolina. I’ve been a contributing content writer for VisitNC.com, the official North Carolina tourism website, and a contributing content writer for Visit South Walton. I also publish two websites, Southern Wine Trails , for wine travel throughout the South, and LoveMyrtleBeach.net, the website for locals and those who want to be.
In addition to working with wonderful editors, who love me, by the way, my clients include residential developments, private golf and tennis clubs, universities, professional and civic associations, advertising and public relations firms and private individuals. I work closely with clients to produce professionally written pieces that say exactly what they want to say.
As for “The Information Age,” I’ve used that tag line for years and I find it remains true. No matter how high-tech we become, we simply can’t communicate without the right words. Getting your message across clearly and concisely in this age of burgeoning blogs, rampant reports, and nanosecond news is more important than ever. When you need to get the word out, you need a professional writer with a proven track record for meeting deadlines as well as expectations. That writer is me, Pamela Watson. Email me or call me and let me write something for you. PamelaWatson.firstname.lastname@example.org 910-619-4900

“Pam’s guidance gave clarity to my work without compromising in any way the spirit of the message. She was a delight to work with and I would not hesitate to use her services again.”
-Terry Moore, Author/A River Called Forever
“I just wanted to say thanks for being such a conscientious writer… I never have to look over your shoulder… thanks for staying on top of everything!”
-Editor/Insider’s Guide to North Carolina’s Southern Coast and Wilmington
“…Pamela Watson’s text/photos about St. Augustine, Florida (is) a dandy, particularly the way Pamela guides us from place to place effortlessly while giving good information and still conveying a fun, bright spirit. I also liked it because it was “clean”–errorless–and had super photos that showed us exactly what she was describing.”
